Engages children in conversations about a variety of topics (their likes, dislikes, family, books, lessons)
DEFINITIONS
Teachers enhance language and social skills by engaging children in conversations about various topics, such as their likes, dislikes, and books. Discussing these topics is important because it helps children feel valued and understood, builds their confidence, and encourages them to express themselves. Additionally, these conversations foster communication skills and create a supportive classroom environment where children can develop their ability to listen, share, and interact with others.
