DEFINITIONS

Every child is different, whether they are developing typically or atypically. Children have their own personalities, temperaments, and likes or dislikes. When teachers understand these differences, they can build stronger relationships and create a classroom where all children feel safe, respected, and supported in how they learn and grow.
