In this video, the ECE uses a variety of questions to encourage the child to play with the blocks to build a tower. The various questions include “Can you build a tower with the blocks?” “You gonna put the penguin on the block?” After the child knocks over the tower, the ECE asks, “Now how can we rebuild the tower?… Can we rebuild it? You want to help me build it?” This helps encourage the child to use the blocks.
