Models and encourages pro-social behaviors (caring, sharing, helping others)

DEFINITIONS

Teachers demonstrate and praise pro-social behaviors, such as caring, sharing, and helping, to support children's social and emotional development. Pro-social behaviors are actions that benefit others, creating a positive classroom environment where children learn to help and support each other.

Sharing Is Fun
